Cash flow is the lifeblood of any business. We can pursue your debtors for payment and negotiate on your behalf. If necessary, we will issue High Court or County Court Proceedings, obtain Judgment and enforce Judgments (including foreign Judgments) to secure recovery of the debt. We will agree our scale of charges with you for debt recovery services before the commencement of work.

If it becomes necessary, we can use on your behalf the procedures of the Bankruptcy/Insolvency Court.
